Lower excavation and Temple steps

Today we were able to go down into the excavated area on the south west corner of the Temple mount yet inside the city.  Yesterday, we were just outside the city wall.  Today we are inside the city wall and 20 feet down in the ruins that have been unearthed.  We also were able to climb the Temple mount steps from the south side that led through the Double Gate.  The Double Gate has been sealed over and another structure juts out in front of most of the entrance.  But the steps are still there to show us where EVERYONE entered to bring their sacrifices after going through the ritual bath.  The mikvahs (baths) are the first pictures and the steps are the last.
