Enemy at work!

So I've been nursing a tennis fracture on my left foot for about a month now.  There is really no treatment except to stay off of it and I'm not sure how that was going to happen.  Josh's parade of homes and Jentry's baby nursery ensured the need of a functioning foot.....lol!

But that's not all.  I stubbed my toe(s) Saturday morning really hard on the door frame.  After a moment of pain, I looked down and my right 4th toe is taking a hard right turn!  Talk about a weird vision to see.  Bret called Jessica who told him to put my foot on ice and after 15 min, grab the toe and put it back in place.  HUH!  NO WAY!

After 4 Advil and a bag of ice (the ice hurt worse than the stub), I........not Bret.........gently moved my toe over next to the third toe and "buddy taped" them together according to Jessica's instructions.  It really doesn't hurt that bad but my forefoot is blueish purple and swollen, barely able to get on anything but loose flip flops.  Can you believe all this before walking miles and miles as a tourist in Israel?  I can't!  "Get thee behind me Satan"

"Father, you're going to have to move in a special way or we won't get to see all that you've gifted us to see in Your holy land."

I'm confident YHVH will show up to allow us a once in a lifetime (on earth) trip that will be exactly as it's meant to be!

stay tuned.......
