I just thought I would throw this into the mix.  Right when we got up onto the Temple Mt. a few days ago, the Muslim authorities pulled us to the side.  They were speaking in Farsi pointing to our legs.  I had purposely worn leggings that day knowing we were going up there.  Funny, as I was trying to understand what they were telling us and assuming I would have to wrap something around me (which I brought just in case) they took it and wrapped it around Bret.  ha ha  Apparently his knee length shorts were too short so he wore a skirt instead.
